- Roast Y Added June 22, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Bought $1200 worth of tyres with a balance and alignment. I had to return three times as my steering wheel was off centre and the car was pulling left on the highway. Ended up living with it as i didn't want to go back again and ask them AGAIN to try and align the wheel. At the 10,000km rotation I went to TyrePower Toronto who asked me why I hadn't got an alignment and balance when I bought the tyres or at the 5000km rotation as the alignment was WAY out and my tyres were starting to wear after just 10,000km. Was no surprise to me TyrePower Newcastle hadn't done the work I'd paid for. Drove away from Toronto TyrePower with a straight steering wheel and a much better feeling drive all around. Let's face it tyre shops aren't always the most pleasant experience but TyrePower Newcastle takes the cake for pretty well the worse service I've experienced. There are plenty of tyre shops around that area, my advice is try anywhere else but TyrePower Newcastle.
