I had to wait for almost a year to get my second car key and had to pay a visit to program it, just because they did not do it right at the time of the sale. After sales service is almost non-existent. I wanted to purchase an extended warranty, and wrote several emails made phone calls, no response after 1 month. People who purchased Ford get free hire cars when they put the car to service, and I have to hire Uber.
